1.      Safeguard: the rolling door will go upward instead of downward once meeting  

obstacles on the way moving downward; on the other hand, it will stop once meeting obstacles on the way moving upward to safeguard people ,property and the door itself.         

2.      Counter Power-cut: In case of power-cut, dedicated clutch can be switched on to enable manual operation of rolling for great convenience.  

3.      Easy maintenance: Separate motor and door sheet structure is designed for purpose of separate maintenance. Roll the door to the ground and remove three screws through the    maintenance hole on the side of rolling gearbox, then the motor can be easily removed out for maintenance.    

4.      Power output of motor: Powerful AC motor is free of DC carbon brush interference. And heat ventilation device and temperature protection switch are designed to protect motor from burning due to overly high temperature.   

5.      Rolling Code Remote control switch: rolling code remote control system is applied for copy-proof purpose, which makes it impossible for others to copy your rolling code when you use it to remotely control the door. ONLY specialist could copy the code. As many as 300 emitters could be copied for one given frequency.  

6.      Automatic lighting: Automatic lighting is available when control box carries out door rolling, which will be automatically shut off 1 minute after door rolling finishes.   

7.      Add-on functions: Jack panel is available in the control device for connecting infrared sensor system and its like, which make your rolling door more intelligent and safer!  

8.      High speed & low noise: Gear drive mechanism is applied to enhance rolling speed 2 or 3 times faster than conventional ones.

10.     encountering obstacle rebound: when close but not at the minimum level of places, encountering obstacles will automatically stop and to open the door, and the size of resistance can be adjustable.           

11.     encountering obstacle stop: to open the door but did not reach the ceiling, the    resistance will automatically stop.
